I do not include what I've learnt on week 5..because I'm still in the process of searching the information on my topic on week 4.. "NETIQUETTE"
So, for this week, me and my partner, Fatin Athirah, have to create a questionnaire by using Survey Monkey and Google.docs.
SURVEY MONKEY
Survey monkey??? It sounds weird, right??
Survey monkey is a web survey development company. (wikipedia)
This questionnaire tool allows users to create surveys. But for the free user, like me, the numbers of the questions that can be included in a survey are limited, only 10 questions.
When you have log on to the website, you will have this interface (as the picture above).
The steps are:
1. To create a survey, you need to have an account for survey monkey's website. As a free user, you just click on icon "Sign Up Free" , then create your own account.
2. After that, you click the button "Create Survey" to create your own survey.
3. Then, you click on create a new survey, add the title and category for your survey.
4. After that, you can add the questions for your survey.
5. You can click on the button "Question type" to choose the question type that you want.
6. You can only add 10 questions for a survey, if you sign up for free account. BUT, you can add more than 10 questions IF you pay for the account.
Finally, you can share your survey with your friends by copy and paste the web link, and posting on your Facebook wall or your Facebook group.
Survey monkey will helps you to collect the data automatically to analyse from the respondents. :)
GOOGLE DOCS
The functions of Google docs is the same as Survey Monkey.
The steps are:
1. Just log in to your google account.
2. To create a survey, just click on "Create" button, then you click "Form" .
3. After that, you can add the title of your survey, and you can choose the question type. Same as survey monkey, right??
4. But you can create as much as questions that you want in your survey through the google docs.
10? 12? 15? It's up to you.. :)
5. You can share your survey with your friends by embed the URL on your Facebook group or on your own Facebook wall. Easy right? :)
6. The respondent's feedback will be inserted automatically in your google docs spreadsheet, so that you can analyze the data directly.
Online survey?? It is easy right??
I'm sure it is difficult for us to do the survey manually.
I'll stop for now. Till meet again. Take care yaaa... :)
Thank you for viewing. :)
